GOODNESS

Praise the Lord, Dear Reader:
​
God has been mighty good to me. Good is my God to me. I can say of a truth, God is good. Down through the years, I have found the Lord to be faithful. It is not because of any righteousness of mine. As I look back in retrospect, it had to have been a divine power that brought me thus far. The world has failed me, but God has kept me. Close ones have walked away from me, however, God has stood with me. Medical science tried its best with me, all to no avail, but God continues to be my healer. The devil had snared me, but God delivered me. The songwriter sung, “Through many dangers, toils, and snare, I have already come. T'is grace that brought me safe thus far. And grace will lead me on”. I was a sinner, but God redeemed my life from destruction. When I entertained falsehood, God brought me into the knowledge of the truth.

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed. I thank the Lord this day and everyday. It is according to the multitude of his mercy and lovingkindness that I now write to you. Consider his goodness. I speak the life of God over my life. Of course, “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” [John 6:63]. He is my light and my salvation (Psalms 27:1). Presenting to some, introducing to others, my One and only Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Have you tried him? If you have tried everything and everything has failed, try Jesus.

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
